Kick-out Poverty Road Walk

Kick-out Poverty is a poverty reduction campaign to mark the world's poverty day (Oct. 17-19) inspiring young people and the general public to act as agents of change to alleviate the poverty rate.

Of late everyone looks up to government to work single-handedly on poverty reduction, however, kick-out-poverty seek to create the awareness on the need for everyone particularly young people to stand up and get involved in the fight against poverty.

Kick-out Poverty will involve rally from the prestigious Ibom Plaza, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State across major streets in the metropolis stopping at strategic road junctions to educate the public on the need to collectively fight poverty and distribution of the stand up fliers.

The rally will be rounded up with the signing of the Stand Up Pledge and counting of participants.
